What can I expect with my Gold Pass?
A.
At Newcastle Salsa Congress we hand pick our teachers and performers to give you the best weekend experience. Your Gold Pass gives you the opportunity to enjoy everything the congress has to offer, workshops, parties, photobooth, shows, performances and animations. There are no hidden charges. Once you're in....you're in!

Q.
When and at what time do the registration & workshops start ?
A.
Our welcome desk opens from 2.00 p.m. Friday and remains open throughout the weekend. Our team of stewards will be available to help with registration, queries and handy hints.

Workshops start on Friday evening and are always action packed to get the party started!

Q.
Will I have any extra to pay?
A.
No we don't charge any extras for special workshops or activities. You just need money for food, drink and don't forget you can buy shoes and jewellery and other items whilst at the congress!

Q.
How do I pay ?
A.
We have an online payment system or you can pay by bank transfer.
We will also take cash payments or a cheque at any of our events

Q.
If I become a Facebook fan, will you bombard me with emails?
A.
Not at all. Last year we sent a monthly update, increasing to weekly in January.

Q.
Will you be releasing night time party passes ?
A
Yes. Although the best option is by far a Gold Pass, party passes will be available in limited numbers. Please note our last event sold out very quickly close to opening, so!get in quick!

Will I recieve a ticket and confirmation?
A.
We are "ticketless", however confirmations are sent out via Email which, if you show the email, will save you time at registration. We do keep a record of your name at reception as back-up.

How do GDPR regulations effect me?
A.
By attending the event it is likely that you may be included in pictures used for promotional purposes.
If you do not consent to this and wish to opt out, please advise us at check in where we will provide you with an opt out form.

What is your refund policy?
A.
We do not offer refunds, no exceptions! We have to pay admin charges, paypal charges and bank charges, this taken from a low ticket price does not leave a lot of money to be refunded!
Your tickets can be resold however if you require the name on the ticket to be changed on our records, we need to charge a £6 fee towards our admin cost.
If you want to avoid the charge that is easy, just message your buyer with your permission in an email and they bring a printed copy to the congress with them, you do not need to contact us at all if you do this.or simply just use the name on the ticket upon collection.
